1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All WearItLMK products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping. This may extend during peak seasons.
2. Estimated Delivery Times (after fulfillment)

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. Promotions like free or flat-rate shipping may apply automatically.
4. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
5. Split Shipments
Items may ship separately due to multiple facilities. Each will have its own tracking number at no extra cost.
6. Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address. WearItLMK is not responsible for issues due to incorrect information. Email support@wearitlmk.com within 6 hours to request changes.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs or import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If there’s no tracking update for 7+ (domestic) or 14+ (international) business days, contact us to investigate.
9. Delivery Issues & Replacements
We replace items damaged in transit or lost by carriers. Submit claims within 30 days to support@wearitlmk.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
10. Holiday Shipping Cut-offs
We publish seasonal cut-off dates for timely holiday delivery. Orders after those dates may be delayed.
