1. Proof Approval
- Every custom order includes a digital proof (mock-up).
- Please review all details—artwork, spelling, sizing, colors—before approving.
- Once the proof is approved, the order moves immediately to production and cannot be canceled or changed.
2. No-Return Items After Proof Approval
Because each product is made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the final proof is approved unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.

We will remake or refund an item if it arrives with any of the following issues:
- Print flaws (cracking, peeling, significant misalignment)
- Material defects (holes, torn seams, broken zippers)
- Incorrect item, size, or color compared with the approved proof
- Items damaged in transit
Minor color variation or slight placement shifts (±0.5 in) are normal in print-on-demand production and are not considered defects.

- Email support@wearitlmk.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect and the entire item.
- Our team will respond within one business day with next steps.
5. Resolution Options
- Replacement:Â We will reproduce and ship the corrected item at no cost.
- Refund:Â If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the original payment method for the defective item.
- Partial Refund:Â For minor, non-functional defects that you choose to keep, we may offer a partial refund.
6. Return Shipping
- If we request the defective item to be returned, we will provide a prepaid label.
- Unsolicited returns or COD packages will be refused.
7. Non-Returnable Circumstances
- Buyer’s remorse or sizing issues (please refer to our size charts before ordering).
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Claims filed after the 30-day window.
- Items altered or washed (except to identify a defect).
8. Cancellations Before Proof Approval
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before you approve the digital proof.
- To cancel, email support@wearitlmk.com with your order number as soon as possible.
